we should not only do exercises to stay fit, but we also have to engage in
mental exercises which will test our focus and memory beyond our
limit. Reading is the most effective mental exercise we can do and you
must recall the various characters, settings plots, twists and
connections. This will improve your memory and improve your concentration
since all your attention is upon the plot.
3. Vocabulary enhancement and improves your writing skills
The
reading of a good book will introduce to more words which will enable you to
become an effective communicator. Instead of just saying you're sad or
unmotivated to your friends, you can claim that you're tired, anxious or angry
or exhausted. Since even though all of the words could describe sadness,
every one requires an individual solution. The development of your
vocabulary, communication skills, and exposure to various writing styles can
help you to improve your writing abilities.

you go through recipes or newspapers, magazines or articles your mind will be
filled with knowledge. We don't know when it might be helpful however,
